Our Courses

Competitive Gymnastics

This course includes all competitive levels from Beginning to Elite, covering every event. Each skill video includes: technical details and bio-mechanics; drills, progressions & techniques; a demonstration of the completed skill plus a judges analysis of the demonstration.

After passing the subsequent knowledge retention test, you will receive a Certificate of Completion providing evidence of your development as a Coach.

Dance & Artistry

Artistry isn’t subjective—it’s trainable, and it directly impacts scores. The difference between good and great routines often comes down to execution quality, confidence, and the details that judges reward.

This course enables coaches to teach athletes how to move with intention, perform with confidence, and reduce common artistry deductions.

Because when artistry is trained with purpose, better performance—and higher scores—follow.

Wellness & Wellbeing

To score well, the whole athlete needs to be trained. More than just skills and presentation, coaches and athletes need to understand: the science behind movement; pre-hab & re-hab; strength, flexibility and conditioning; fueling the engine; planning to peak in competition; and how to be confident with a winning mindset.

The Wellness and Wellbeing course delivers these critical pieces of the performance puzzle.

Recreational Gymnastics

This course is specifically designed to teach gymnastics skills in a safe, fun and technically sound manner by using basic drills and learning stations that provide each student the opportunity for success.

Each skill includes: a detailed description; alerting cautions or risks related to the skill; instructions showing how to properly teach and spot the skill, and finally troubleshooting tips for errors in performance.
